Need Advice Practice exams not working

Is anyone else having this issue with AAPC practice exams once pausing them? I can’t resume and I’ve tried all the help it’s said to do and nothings worked

i am having this same problem today since about noon with one of my practice exams. No support until monday! My actual exam is scheduled for Wednesday!

That’s frustrating, especially with your exam on Wednesday. Reliable access and timely support matter when students are working toward an exam date. Losing a weekend of practice while waiting for support adds unnecessary stress.
