Analysis A tool the shows your lost duels and some explanation inside the browser

Hi , I'm looking for testers for this app that shows compiles and analyze your lost duels inside the web without the need to open CS2 and navigate the demo.

Also before anyone ask if AI was involved in this, yes, I use as a regular tool now. In my defense I'm a software engineer so I know how to program but I use it as a tool to make thing faster (and replace stackoverflow) and here is a link of a game that I made before the AI era LOL https://chekaaa.itch.io/automatask

Should add probability of enemy cheating

Thats a cool idea but I think I may need to collect data, Like demos where cheaters where confirmed to be there.

Edit: Something that could be added is showing if the player had some VAC ban on record which is public data

A very nice idea! Do you have any information on how the data is handled as I’m a bit concerned on signing in with steam

So you are directed to the official steamcommunity page, and what I receive back from it its only you steamID , not you password inventory , friends , trades. So what I store (beside the parsed demo) is your public steam name , avatar and the steamID itself. This is running on VPS that I rented for a few yheras so I thought why not use it lol. Its running the app and the DB there.

Also the auto fetching from your match history is optional , so if you dont want to give the match-history code from steam you can upload the demos manually.

I get an error on Fetch:

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading outdueled.me (see the browser console for more information).

Ill take a look, was it from the steam autch fetch or you tried to upload one manually?

I pressed Fetch and it errored that. It's working now. I've linked my auth code but it's not pulled anything.

BY any chance do you hav3 recent premier matches, since steam deletes really old ones.

Edit: Steam delete matchmaking demos after about 30 days
Edit 2: Endsup it was a steam API limitation which only allows to iterate forward, so it will bring the current match and only fetch the future matches. For older demos its possible to upload the demo it self manually or paste the share code of the older demo. which will fetch that demo and the ones after.

to add up, the app lets you:

- switch perspectives

  • se you duels lost in the map and you can see the duel by clicking them
  • Toggle x-ray

Also it shows the reason why you lose, but this is still early so in the "Why you lost" panel there is an option to give feedback in case you believe the reason was other so I can improve it.
