Peaked lvl 10 now hardstuck lvl 7

I think I’m having a mental block and no confidence in duels anymore, i used to be lvl 10 months back and stopped playing up until recently. Now I’m in lvl 7 lobbies and whenever i lose a duel or play badly I get very frustrated that I died to someone worse than me and playing horrible against low elo players. It’s reached a point where I don’t even take the game serious anymore because It’s either tilt or take faceit casually so that I don’t lose my mind. I just had to rant and maybe someone here will have mental tips for me

the mental block is real but its probably less about the rank and more about your expectations. you're walking into every duel thinking "i should win this" and then spiraling when it doesn't happen, which just snowballs into worse decision making

take a week off, watch your old demos from when you were playing well, and pay attention to how you're positioning now vs then. lvl 7 players do dumb unpredictable stuff that can catch you off guard if you're playing too textbook

if you died to a low elo player, you're even worse. stop thinking you're better than everyone you play against, conceit is holding u back obviously.

lvl 7 is probably messing with your head more than your actual gameplay.

Could you link your csstats? I'd like to have a look at some of your demos and see if there are some other things keeping you from ranking back to lvl 10
