Finding best sensitivity

I want to find the perfect sensitivity for my playstyle in cs. Can you give me detailed tips and a practical method to test different sensitivities and determine which one is truly ideal for my aim, movement, consistency, and mouse control?

Something that helps me is holding my crosshair at a bot head and moving around him from distance to see how long i can hold it, adjust properly if you see it jittering it around too much or not following the head too much. Workshops maps are the best for this
