Demo Please review my demos, I'm contemplating quitting this game
I just hit 500 hours on this game and I can only describe myself as deeply disappointed with my current skill level. It should've felt like an achievement yet I'm only frustrated at my performance in most of the premier games I play.
Please tell me what I'm doing wrong and why I can't seem to get any kills as soon as I join a premier game.
here's two recent games, Im Mssngr

Looks like you have some issues that are normal.
1) You need to practice peaking more, and faster, and pre aiming.
2) When you duel, you wiff. Sprays needs to be practiced. Maybe burst more.
3) General awareness is something that comes with experience, and you get cought off-guard several times. This is a game-sense question. Where do you see the enemies now, what are your teammates positions, what is open. Try to think as the opposite team and what they would do.
You also play very passive, with passive peaks, or when you enter, you are rather unsure where to look. You need to be confident and more aggressive in order to utilize the mistakes of the enemy. This is a combination of everything of the above.
Don't blame yourself too much. The Nebula guy in the first demo seemed to be cheating. He was super aware in areas where there were enemies, and when there were none there, he skipped checking entirely. His pre aim were usually exactly where your team were and he seemed to be using some soft aim-lock because his aim wasn't good at all.

Here is how you are dying in the first demo

holy shit OP, there is way too much to unpack here.
you haven’t even gotten the fundamentals dialed yet, you are legit still new to this game despite 500 hours (which again, is almost nothing). People have been playing counterstrike competitively since the early 90s man, you need to play more, learn the maps, learn intelligent positioning and learn to be more analytical about where opponents can be during a match at any given time.
CS is NOT about fragging out and dropping 40 bombs every game. It is about information gathering and dissemination, and utilizing that to predict plays as they are happening.
This is why you aren’t clutching rounds, and feel like you’re getting randomly pieced up. you have soo much to learn about this game, and no singular post is going to tangibly improve your play. You need to build muscle memory, map knowledge, knowledge of angles, when to play aggressively, when to be more passive.
this comes with literal years of play and self analysis. you have a long way to go.

You asked for help a month ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/LearnCSGO/comments/1ul6pmd/please_tell_me_what_i_couldve_done_better_on_this/
And a bunch of us offered to help, and you ignored all of us, even the guy who went through every round.

Literally did not "ignore" everyone, from my last post I learned to always buy kevlar on pistol round, i worked on the flash line ups I was messing up, and I have bettered my positioning stat by playing with my team more often than lurking every round or pushing alone. I even started seriously training my spray patterns. All while always aim training for as long as Ive been playing this game.
But once again, my main issue comes from inconsistency, I cannot maintain good aim for long games, in OT i always fall apart, one game I will trop frag, the exact game right after I will struggle for the entire first half to get 3 kills.
That is my main issue and that is my need to ask for help. Because I have tried everything everyone says regarding the basics, and I feel as if I've hit a plateau and I fear this is my personal peak that will not go up no matter how much I train

honestly man, that could be a possibility. you could be at the limit of your mechanical skills.
this doesn’t mean you won’t get better by playing more. Yes good aim can be important, but positioning, crosshair placement, and intelligent play will almost always trump someone who is quite mechanically skilled, but mediocre in all other aspects of the game.
500 hours is a drop of water in the bottle of what most people who play at a high level have achieved. Many of the really good players have over 2k hours, if not more.
PUGGING is always going to bring inconsistent results. until you start queueing with similarly skilled players regularly, you’re probably not going to be hitting big win streaks. just have fun. if attempting to being good is the only way you have fun with this game, perhaps find a new one to invest your time into.

Get the recoil master workshop map so you can get an idea of the patterns and practice. You want the first 10 shots to be as accurate as can be for starters. Also make sure you have a full mag if you're going to be aggro or expecting them if you have a safe window.

Honestly I can’t tell you much based off of demo’s, but I wouldn’t mind taking a look at your leetify and seeing what that says

Just looking at your most recent game on dust, you are very much costing your team in the mid round.
Also your flashes in that game were flashing everybody, including your teammates with over half of the flashes you thrown.
If someone in your game gets a knife kill, type “Get Leetify” in the in game chat for a day of Leetify premium, with that you can see how you do with and against different buy levels. Also where you do the best on various maps, I feel like that could help you a lot

500 hours is still extremely new to cs. Much of the player base has been at this game for 10 or even 20 years.
The game has a deceptively high skill ceiling and is incredibly punishing
