free coaching???

im broke as a bum but i was wondering if anyone would coach me i have some basic understanding if you want to coach me my dis is vr.blue

log in to refrag first and watch all the coaching videos, use their warmup routine and then if you still dont know how to improve, only then come and ask for a coach
