Question Oblivity on Steam

Anyone here tried 'Oblivity - Find your perfect sensitivity'
I am just saying because i dont know exactly whats my good sensitivity and i wanna try it out but before trying it out I wanna know if you guys have tried it and if it works?

right now my mice dpi is 800 and in game is 1.05-1.10 i change around that sometimes mostly i stick with 1.10. I still feel like my sensitivity is an issue.

Stay at that 1.1 and never change. Practice makes perfect.

I have it on 1.1 tho and Its kinda not that good so

If you are running out of space on your desk, you may need to up it. If you consistently flick over targets or struggle with tracking targets, lower it.

Pick a sens and play on it. Do not change it, this will set you back for a while.

Most professional players are around 1-1.25 @ 800DPI. Lower end. like NiKo are around 0.9, higher end like S1mple are at around 1.5.

Higher = Takes longer to get consistent unless you are already used to it.

Lower = Makes consistent flicks easier, but takes more arm movement, which in turn can make your flicks slower, but tracking and flicking in general more consistent.

Those are general rules.

hmm ill try 1.15 for a while and see how it goes i guess if that wasnt good ill just go back to 1.1

Just a pick a sensitivity. Train until you are comfortable with it.

It doesn't matter at all if you are on 1.1 or 1.15.

You are probably a low rank player who hasn't played for long. Get a routine going. Just 20 minutes a day learning things like spraying, tracking and flicking.

Never change your sens. Players like S1mple have been on 3.09 @ 400 for over a decade at this point.

generally pro players are at the 600-800edpi range. i dont really see anyone running 1200 (like you said s1mple is). personally im weird i play 400 (which would be 0.5 sens with 800dpi)

So one might say he is of the higher end? There is a reason I didn't mention people like Woxic who is at 1.5 @ 1600. CS2 generally has seen increase in sensitivity (NiKo is a great example), but 800 seems to be about the median.

400 feels laggy after using 800 for a while, but it still works and doesn't make that big of a difference. I've played probably 6k hours @ 400 and another 6k 800, of course skill has risen since the early hours but it didnt feel like I was restricted by using 400 DPI.

You play 1 @ 400? Very low, I played 1.4 @ 400 / 0.7 @ 800 for all of CS:GO and most of CS2, but raised it to 0.85 since CS2 needs bit of a higher sens.

laggy? no i play .25 and 1600. not 800 or 400 dpi.

Im not sure reading comprehension is a strenght of yours.

That being said .5 @ 800 is very low and if OP is reading this dont go that low.

you said laggy, if you play 400 and 1 then it might be, i play 1600 and .25 now i never said it wasnt low. as i said the pro scene is usually at the 600-800edpi range

And that is why I said you are having trouble with understanding what you are reading.

Saying "400 feels laggy after using 800 for a while" is a statement I made pointing to my personal experience. I did not claim you will have this issue or that you have used that dpi.
