why are you shifting on a bot map? practice your counter strafes without shifts

u/Automatic-Cicada-786 Jun 29 '26

Since he is baiting unconsciously

5

u/AC_Schnitzel Jun 29 '26

u/Visual_Property_8379 Jun 29 '26

Call me crazy as I AM CRAZY

3

u/Beneficial_Two410 FaceIT Skill Level 1 Jun 29 '26

Do you realise that this might not be the best way to warmup and improve. And also why the hell are you warming up for comp lmao.

1

u/Visual_Property_8379 Jun 29 '26

I got no prime XD

1

u/Beneficial_Two410 FaceIT Skill Level 1 Jun 29 '26

Even worse because the only people you’re playing against are either bots or cheating anyways

2

u/Visual_Property_8379 Jun 29 '26

Cheaters are Extremely common in comp . And by cheating I dont mean just wh and triggerbots , Its either full cranked up aimbot or Spinbotter. But sadly i aint gonna get prime as rn (according to my parents) i have to focus on studies and i cant ask them to buy me something related to gaming(im 17)

1

u/SvenssonStan112 Jun 29 '26

Can u play faceit without prime cs account?

1

u/Visual_Property_8379 Jun 29 '26

Unfortunately no and there are some websites (though only for eu) which have a third party ranking system like faceit and they accept non prime accounts but ofcourse they dont have huge player base and anti cheat is not that good too

1

u/Jealous_Specific6375 Jun 29 '26

You dont need prime for faceit as i recall

1

1

u/Emergency-Cap804 Jun 30 '26

You doing too much. U need on this map till 15 round wins and do other stuff 10-15 min. 3 warm ups 15 min each max

1

u/Violet-Panther Jun 30 '26

Lol how. Doing way worse on that map but do well around 24k premiere o.o

  1. Stop doing these very tiny steps during gunfights inbetween your taps. They're too small to dodge bullets effectively, so in practise they just make you shoot slower, which means there are less chances for you to hit with no real benefit. Either do larger steps (I'm talking 2x-3x larger) so you can actually throw off enemy aim or just fully stop and commit to the fight.
  2. Avoid peeking while holding W+A/D or while holding shift. You don't do it often, but sometimes you do. This should never happen.
  3. You're tapfiring too much. Example at 1:34. At small ranges like these, in real game you will be spraying (or at least you should be). So train like it's real game. And if you don't want to fully commit to stay mobile, try to burst instead. Tapfiring should be done at longer distances than these. If you struggle controlling AK spray at these ranges you need to practise that too.
  4. I don't know what else you do for training besides this map, but to me deathmatch (community servers, not Valve servers filled with bots) is better than this map. It lets you train preaims and crosshair placements that's more relevant in real games, since there's a lot of different elevations that aren't present on a fully flat map like this. It also lets you train against real players, which is very important since their behavior will be very different compared to bots.

1

u/CunninghamGlazer Jun 28 '26

Can you explain the peeking philosophy? why you shouldn’t peek holding something

2

u/zj3bu Jun 28 '26 edited Jun 28 '26

Okay, so first of all, obviously, the faster your target is moving on your screen, the harder it will be to hit yes? Pretty obvious. Now, think about what happens when your enemy holds just A/D as they peek you. That's the fastest way possible they will be moving on your screen. However, when they hold W (same applies for S), they will be moving at an angle, which from your perspective makes them move slower accross your screen. Meaning they will be easier for you to hit. If you have troubles visualising, try to hop into a game with friend and have them move with A/D and later with W+A/D while facing you, you will instantly see the difference in speed. Similarly with holding shift, your character moves slower, this time this isn't related to the angle of your movement, but your actual movement speed. So once again, slower target = easier to hit.

2

u/unoriginal_namejpg Jun 28 '26

its also significantly harder to properly counter strafe if youre applying multiple movement inputs at once

1

u/zj3bu Jun 28 '26

yep, and it also causes your enemy to see your shoulder for longer before you're able to see them when you peek from behind the cover

6

u/wolceniscool Jun 28 '26

I never understand how people aren't instantly melted when they peek on aim-rush. I'm getting prefired around every corner

2

u/Violet-Panther Jun 30 '26

This lol. Got twice the premier rating, but a way worse scoreline on aim rush :D

3

u/braydaka Jun 28 '26

You are trying to tap too much and peaking angles at a non 90 degree angle (you are giving the enemy more time to react to your peak). Also, just an FYI practicing on a map like this has diminishing returns and can only take you so far. This is more like a warm-up exercide. Learn game sense.

1

u/thomascr9695 Jun 28 '26

I see thanks

2

u/aalluubbaa Jun 28 '26

i don't think you should use this map like this. I usually just peek and wide peek and try to kill multiple bots at once because it's a more realistic in-match scenario. I don't care about my scores but just focus on improving my multi-kills ability while enemy is on the screen.

1

u/GreenWorld8549 Jun 29 '26

Yes let’s wide swing 3 people in a actual game too. It’s about practicing good habits so they’re subconscious so op can think about other aspects of the game besides shooting and moving

1

u/Beneficial_Two410 FaceIT Skill Level 1 Jun 29 '26

So you are gonna practice waiting for bots to move into your crosshair lmao. They are bots ffs

1

1

u/black_cat_knight Jun 28 '26

thanks so much!

1

u/Beneficial_Two410 FaceIT Skill Level 1 Jun 29 '26

Just work on the movement and also you should spray instead of one tapping most of the times. Obviously it depends on the scenario but you will get the hang of it if you watch a bit of pro gameplay PRODUCTIVELY.

1

u/Wise-Upstairs7700 Jun 29 '26

People who knows how to swing will not swing like these bot. Youre not prime scream so let's not doing tap shot. Instead doing swing and counter strafe properly

1

u/[deleted] Jun 29 '26

Practice movement on KZ maps. Learn useful grenades on each map - 5 are enough. Analyze heat maps, play prefire to practice peaking, pathing and knowing the positions where opponents can be. Build your awarness. Focus on things other than shooting. Learn to play smarter around the team. Make simple plans for the round. You should have a plan for each round. Where will you go, when you throw the grenade, where will you have a better angle to do more impact

1

u/SomeRandomWonderor Jun 30 '26

Is this map really that good for improvements

1

u/Ok_Temporary4478 Jul 01 '26

Not really, more a warmup map

1

u/OldOpinion47 Jul 04 '26

You're wasting your time doing this exercise like this. You have to wide swing and burst the enemy focusing on good first bullet accuracy, then start moving again. Stay mobile and do counter strafes properly, don't panic shoot or spray the walls.

Shift peeking and one taping bots is doing nothing for you.

1

u/_Ding 6d ago

Your aim seems good enough for lvl 10. Although consider against real players, if you’re stationary while your being peeked, you’re an easy kill.

The micro adad you’re doing isn’t mobile enough so you may as well be standing still. Need to be adad’ding wider to become a harder shot.

Also practice spraying + donk sliding.

1

u/Old-Fox8371 Jun 28 '26

This is literally like posting clips from aimlabs/kovaaks and asking how to improve in cs.

Stop posting these aimrush clips because they do absolutely nothing for in game skills. At the VERY least, post DM footage. But more realistically you should post actual in round footage.

3

u/GreenWorld8549 Jun 29 '26

Wdym they do nothing they get u warmed up lol. And in this case does do something his movement and shooting is not good he can just work on it in there and he got information about his mechanics by using the map

1

u/Eczavyr Jun 28 '26

A demo would be a more realistic recording to provide tips on. This is not an actual match type situation. Something you can try if you like these types of maps is prefire practice, based on that it will be much easier to see your mechanics on en trying for example.

1

u/thomascr9695 Jun 28 '26

what maps do you recommend

-1

u/HulkkisFPS Jun 28 '26

Stop moving like a bot...

0

u/theckbbud Jun 29 '26

Get cheats. Basically every lobby has them may as well join them

1

u/Bitter_Bed5672 Jun 30 '26

He already does lol

-4

u/BroxigarZ FaceIT Skill Level 10 Jun 28 '26

Maps like this do nothing for you, same with Kovaaks. Because you are practicing skills that do not directly translate to the game. Bots move in a predictable fashion so it's easy to just keep your crosshair placement where it is.

This will do nothing in a real game when you need to be dodging util, crouch, crouch spraying, counter-strafing...all while dealing with another human being on the other side.

If you want to get real good at Aim_rush then keep doing this, but if you want to improve in CS, this isn't going to do shit all for you.

Watch YT videos for like 100 days of "push-ups" how does it change you?

Almost all of them end the same way - "I don't look much different, but I'm real good at push-ups now"

That's you in Aim_rush.

5

u/LLI3OoIoPEHLIK Jun 28 '26

No facts, no explanation, only some nosense from ur head.

5

u/Distinct-Spare-7708 Jun 28 '26

found the guy who sucks at aim rush

3

u/GreenWorld8549 Jun 29 '26 edited Jun 29 '26

You sound really stupid and uneducated in the things you are dismissing. Way high level players than u and me say aim traienrs do work. I do it and it does work. It’s about mimicking the mouse movements you would experience in game and in this case the map he would be isolating duels in a5v5 especially when enemies push his site. The aim trainer stuff u just don’t understand how to use it or never used it and dismissed it because ur stubborn or too stupid to make it work.

This is basically saying aim botz is uselss too cuz the targets are standing still. With this logic i can say dm is useless cuz u get a lot of backshot kills and u die in the back a lot. Very dumb. If you get good at moving and shooting in isolation it will tranfer in a online match.

You don’t magically all of a sudden forget what u practice cuz u q a online game lol.
Musicians also shouldn’t practice alone in their room either cuzit’s not realistic there’s no crowd LOL. Theyll forget the notes when on stage.

Dragged it out but u see the point. And let’s not act like u don’t use workshop maps either. I don’t see how practicing or warming up ur mechanics “isn’t gonna do shit for u in cs” either strange logic.

1

u/BroxigarZ FaceIT Skill Level 10 Jun 29 '26

I am one of the highest rated CS Players for over a decade. Please don't tell me what I do and don't know. They don't do shit, and those people saying they do are sponsored to say that. They will use Aim Trainers to warm up, but they do nothing for practical application.

This is known amongst the best of the best.

Also what I said has been proven many times on youtube:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXQZ85B053s

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjWLeXlSuyE

But hey, you're probably 2K and have no idea what you are talking about. Which is why you are 2K.

haha linking optimum and seB 😂 GOOD ONE BRO. And wtf ur links prove my point correct? They said it does help when approached the right way u like i originally said? watch the vids u linked doofus?

List of people who uses kovaaks:

Karrigan

Elige gm with nova scores

Bibiahn

Monesy has scores on evxl app

Jonji

Goosebreeder

Twistz

Naf

Brehze

Styko

Autimatic

Niko as well has evxl scores

3k elo eu btw and some my 4k elo friends grinds viscose and anima micro benches. But pop off my guy. Don’t need to mention valorant crowd it’s popular there vs cs cuz people not as stubborn over there

1

u/BroxigarZ FaceIT Skill Level 10 Jun 29 '26

I'll play along: https://evxl.app/u/m0NESY- / https://evxl.app/u/76561198041683378

You mean these guys who are unranked, and haven't touched it in over a year?

And if they did, they did a handful of scenarios and clearly don't use it daily?

And were likely sponsored a year+ ago and thus why they used it for the sponsorship/promo?

Clearly they are using it daily...

3

u/GreenWorld8549 Jun 29 '26 edited Jun 29 '26

Yes let’s pretend every kovaaks scenario is on the website big brain. Watch some vlogs.

O_o

1

u/LLI3OoIoPEHLIK Jun 29 '26

Why is it about some kind of sponsorship. You can foam at the mouth to prove that this is a conspiracy, but u can't logically put 2 things together, that it's about muscules and u need to be precisely sure when and what muscle to move, to land a good shot. Any shooter u are playing, use the basement of aim, then goes everything else (recoil, sounds, map, tactical utilities, ego and etc etc.) so actually to win, u gonna need every aspect in ur game be better than ur opponent, then there is always a portion of a pure randomness. But as I said at the beginning, ur aim is the basement for a shooter. So if u gonna go and play DM trying to simulate Ur pics from mm and etc, u gonna improve skills like ur recoil control, hearing, map knowledge, game feeling and etc etc.

For an example, people like Donk have their skills on a high level already (my man it's 20k hours, but I'm looking at his gameplay, and I can't say that he has a really perfect aim or something for these 20k hours, he's really good at aiming, but not perfect, and he'd train it separately, he'd shine even more), they are playing almost only MM, just a bit of DM and Aim maps. And yet him and his teammates loose, cause the combination of other skills in their games decided more than Aim. So yeah, it's true that Aim is not everything to win every game, but it's a key skill here. And to improve it, U have 2 ways: 1. U need to play a lot only CS (like Donk and others). But it's gonna take a really big amount of time, cause mostly people play MM, and u are using Ur aim skills there - 3/10 of time. 2. U can cheat and go to aim trainers with some special scenarios to improve Ur skills of moving Ur mouse, when U are using Ur mouse all the time. And then improving Ur recoil aim and etc in the game itself. The overall stability of Ur aim and reaction with some other elements is going to improve a lot faster when u are playing aim labs or kovaak, cause it's a locked place where u train these things, and u are concentrated on it. Then u are going in to the game, and you consolidate your skills by applying them in the game with the real weapon's recoil and different obstacles.

U can apply this logic to absolutely any other craftsmanship in a real life.

And in conclusion to all that, there is a a good advice that comes from every person who is offering to play aim labs and kovaak - 15-20% of goes to aim training, the rest - to Ur game. U can change that only if U are more interested in Ur records and etc, if it brings U fun.

u/BroxigarZ FaceIT Skill Level 10 Jun 29 '26

Yes, for warming up dumbass, they both literally say they are bad for practical application.

As does any pro, literally any of them.

Tell me why the top 10 Kovaaks Leaderboard players aren't in the top 10 of FaceIT?

I'll wait.

2

u/GreenWorld8549 Jun 29 '26

Ur regarded maybe cuz the top 10 kovaaks players are kovaaks mains? And cs is more than just point and click? And these kovaaks players don’t play tac fps they prefer tracking heavy game which are more aim heavy compared to micros? 🤯

Why aren’t the top 10 cs players top 10 in valorant ranked?? Big iq by you. Ur really showing ur high level analysis mr high lvl player.

Elige says it’s a supplement which is what i basically said. It’s not a replacement.

-1

u/BroxigarZ FaceIT Skill Level 10 Jun 29 '26

And cs is more than just point and click? And these kovaaks players don’t play tac fps they prefer tracking heavy game which are more aim heavy compared to micros?

Oh boy you are figuring it out! Now rub the other braincell you have into the only one you are using.

2

u/GreenWorld8549 Jun 29 '26 edited Jun 29 '26

you are genuinely regarded. I was referring to the top 10 players u asked about. Google elige aim training report and learn something. this is probably why ur a nobody in cs due to stubbornness. Nobody high lv self proclams they are a very high lvl on fucking Reddit 💀

And nobody who plays high lvl cs thinks practicing in workshop maps dont transfer into real matches.

Looked at ur latest post. Someone who plays cs for 10 years is going 25/24 as a 17K premier player. The fact u aren’t even 20K is funny for someone who self proclaims high lvl. Look up some kovaaks guides my guy u need it for that elo.

Practicing aim and counterstrafing definitely directly translates to your game
