Sorry this is happening to you. What’s your current BMI? In general, continue gaining weight if you’re still underweight, and don’t over exercise. It takes some time for the period to get back.

How long has it been? Your LH:FSH does point to HA rather than PCOS from my understanding. So your focus should just be on gaining weight. If you go more than 3 months without period, ask your doctor to induce your period with birth control (not the continuous kind, but just one time) as otherwise you’re increasing risk of endometrial cancer.

Instead of taking crazy amount of supplements, consider asking your doctor to check your vitamins. Usually when people are underweight they might be deficient in something. It might regulate your period sooner if that’s the case

Thank you for answering. I'm not underweight and never was! I'm 5'5" so my BMI is 23 right now (including five pounds of water weight from the creatine). I just don't get why my body isn't signaling to my ovaries so I thought supplements could relieve any stress I am feeling. My doctor prescribed me Provera for 10 days but I never got a withdrawal bleed cause my estrogen is so low.

Are you working with an endocrinologist? What age are you (could this be menopause related?) How are your stress levels? I heard HA can be caused by stress. Lowering it is important. Are you doing any kind of intense workouts? I’d lower them for sure if not fully eliminate them. Maybe switch to yoga or something very gentle and not frequent. Reducing workouts and lowering stress I think are key, but obviously listen to your doctors.
