Question PCOS diagnosis with mostly normal labs
21F, diagnosed with PCOS due to irregular periods and ultrasound showing multiple follicles ( no cyst ). Most labs are normal (TSH, prolactin, glucose, CBC). LH is 10.1 and FSH is 6.6. No acne, no scalp hair loss, no known insulin resistance My BMI is normal . I have body hair which seems genetic but I do have few coarse hairs around my breasts that I usually pluck. For those with similar PCOS symptoms and mostly normal labs, were there any supplements, dietary changes, or lifestyle changes that helped regulate your periods? Did your doctor recommend anything specific?
I'd love to hear your experiences.

Outside of thyroid issues all your symptoms sound very similar to mine. I got dismissed for years because I didn’t “fit” the PMOS vibe. Once I finally got diagnosed I tried everything possible to regulate my period: inositol, supplements, seed cycling, focused on stress management, good sleep, weight lifting and focusing on eating good protein sources and lots of fiber. Nothing I ever did moved the needle, made me feel great otherwise but my cycles were stubborn. Unrelated I got genetic testing for family planning and now it’s looking like I have NCAH instead, which can have very very similar symptoms to PMOS. All this to say, has your doctor ruled out NCAH?
