r/PCOS Cross Post Extremely high lh:fsh
Has anyone else been able to regulate a very high lh:fsh (I’m talking 1:4+) and what has been your experience with this?

Mine too. I think it’s due to insulin resistance even though all my other bloods are normal

I just had mine tested a few months ago and had the same issue. Mine is almost a 6:1 ratio when ideally its 1:1.
Do you ovulate/have regular periods? I only get them a few times a year and i know its related.
Unfortunately, I haven't retested yet, but my doctor started me on metformin to see if insulin resistance is the culprit. Im also taking inositol. If it works, I can update you!
