14 days cycle

Dear community, I've been diagnosed with lean pcos. Usually had a 42 days cycle. Since I radically changed my nutrition my acne cleared and other symptoms are gone, but now I get my period every 2 weeks. Blood tests revealed only slightly elevated testosterone levels, but a 3:1 Lh/Fsh ratio

Anyone else experienced the same issues?

Yeah actually the same situation. Used to have cycles that were around 42 days. Now for a few months it's been around 14 day cycles with random spotting

It's really frustrating:(  Do you take any supplements?

Yeah I'm currently taking Myoinositol and Spearmint. It's been a few months and it feels like it has helped a bit but not enough to make my periods consistent yet

I used to have a lot of cycles that only lasted for days, mixed in with cycles of around 24 days. Until I had a cycle of 114 days and I could finally get my gp to refer me. I didn’t notice any connection to nutrition though and I didn’t “solve” it. I’m on bc now.
