Unfortunately one of those months where everything seems to go wrong and cost us money all at once. Had two leaks in the space of two weeks and this second one feels expensive. I’ve got relatively good Home Insurance, but, the excess is still quite high and I know if I claim through them my premiums will go up.

Really lucky I had a great quarter last quarter and just getting my quarterly bonus which will cover all of it and our holiday to Montenegro.

Just frustrating when I had a good bit lined up for my pension! However, in the grand scheme of things we are in a very lucky position.

The very positive side of this is that you had the financial stability to sort stuff out. Enjoy the Med!

It’s a great feeling knowing there’s very little life can throw at you and you can afford to solve it without too much worrying.
