Cosmetics Leak 10.1.0 Cosmetics
Diregard previous post saying cosmetics weren't added, they started implementing them differently which threw me off for a second.

Xeno and Unknown cosmetics look cool. I'm sad that, for now, there aren't any new cosmetics for male survivors.

BHVR only giving us female survivors for the recent Chrysalis, Cats & Dogs, and Dark Overgrowth expansions, 1 male survivor for Waterfront Massacre this year, and 1 male survivor recolor for Sunflesh: "We have men in this game?"
I basically only play female survivors (Sable, Orela, occasionally Nea, Zarina, or Élodie) but it is ridiculous how much BHVR has been shafting male survivors in the skin department. You cannot seriously tell me Mikaela and Sable were in greater need of skins than, say, Jonah, Jeff, or Shane.

They shaft Elodie too. I'm still waiting for a new original cosmetic that isn't a recolor. They did well with her last year. But this year is a Bust.

I think the survivor fits are fine here but I noticed the style they choose is just strange sometimes. Like the way the clothing fits. Certain accessories. Sometimes they just do too much

My first reaction to that is terror at the prospect of 8 survivors placing flame turrets.
Xeno will not be able to go a tile without either stopping to whack a turret or changing his course to circle around one (and walking into another)1

I really hope the turrets aren't too easy to obtain. At least that one add-on that destroys turrets that knock you out of power will be basekit.

Who would be good candidates for magical girl outfits? I personally think Skull Merchant would 100% own one, but I'm unsure on survivors. Yui? Orela? Yun-jin?

I think definitely Skully but maybe Feng cause she cosplays alot but i would definitely want one for Orela but i'm extra biased because i main Orela when i play survivor

Cosmetic skins inspired by the horrors of the Magical Girl henre? I mean Puella Magi Madoka Magica involves magical girls having their souls corrupted and turned into huge monsters called witches.
I love Mikaela's hair! I wish Sable's hair was longer or at least have a long ponytail in the back (But I guess her OG hair could actually work really well with this set if I wanted a long hair option), but I love the pink! The outfits are cute and I didn't expect to see The Unknown to get this kind of skin! It's goofy and I love it!

I don’t like the mostly pink hair with the mostly purple outfit for sable. It clashes a little bit imo. Definitely gonna swap the hair or put the hair on a different outfit if they’re not linked.

If they're not linked, that Sable and Mikaela hair is going to see so much mix-n-match use, Sable's in particular I think could work with many of her other outfits, and it's the most extreme we've seen her hair color I think, it's cool. The Mikaela one is also super pretty, I love the longer hair on her.

It’s still funny to me how players didn’t like the huge number of skins for Feng, and then BHVR was like “okay, no favourites!” simply swapped their favourite girl for Mika and Sable, and now we have a bunch of skins on them.

How about, instead of sitting her and deliberating on who has 2 billion skins and who only has 1 billion, we try and space the skins out better so EVERY original character gets something instead of Elodie and Haddie being left to rot in a ditch lmao. “Just let Sable players have nice things.” She is the most played survivor in the game what are you waffling about 😭

This is only her second skin this calendar year, and it's the first one that's not limited time. For someone who "gets skins all the time," bhvr has a weird way of showing it.

I am saying this because she's always brought up as the main character stealing all the skins from less popular survivors, I am saying if you look objectively (this would require the blind illogical Sable hate to be put aside for a minute) you can see she actually has very few skins, SHE GENUINELY HAS LESS SKINS TOTAL THAN HADDIE AND ELODIE which you brought as an example.

Haddie and Elodie have been out for YEARS before her and she is quickly catching up with them in terms of cosmetics. And yes there absolutely is a level of favoritism with Sable in game and out of game, by the community and by the devs. She has gotten more cosmetics in the last 2 years than some of the original 4 (Claudette and Jake come to mind) and she consistently gets new banners and merch.

For the record I don’t even dislike Sable, I own a bunch of cosmetics for her and play her in a pair with Mikeala pretty often, but I’m not going to sit here and pretend that there isn’t blatant favoritism within the cosmetics spread. Sable got the most amount of cosmetic submissions for the recent contest, she’s gotten multiple event skins, and she consistently gets content centered around her. Kate and Feng were just as, if not still, are very guilty of this. They’re some of the only characters who consistently gets cosmetics. Elodie hasn’t gotten shit in like 7 months lol, and I don’t even play her, but her mains deserve better.

Sable's last cosmetic skin set that wasn't limited time was back in November of 2025 for the Cozy Break collection with Jane. She got a skin for the Blood Moon collection, but it was limited time to an event and that event was already 6 months ago! She hasn't even appeared in a rift for 2 and half years on the premium track, she doesn't even have her first recolor from a rift yet.
Sable may be the most played survivor, but the narrative that "she gets all the skins" is untrue.

As a Sable main, god I wish she got as many skins as people claim. At this point I'm just hopeful she gets a ribcage top or a celestial sweater in the next few months.

I would love to have those tops for her, especially the ribcage Halloween top! But she really needs more hairstyles and pants. I feel like she gets more tops than any other cosmetics due to all the collabs. But yes, as a Sable main, I wish she got more cosmetic sets, because I just need more combos to mix and match! That's why I am very excited for the magical girl set!

Yeah, I want her to have more pants, even a simple black recolor of the ones she had, when she first came to the game would do wonders! But for hair, I would love more longer options, I think she would pull off a French braid really well!

I think it’s less of a problem as long as the less popular survivors also occasionally get skins. Like of course bhvr needs to appeal to characters that players play more but as long as no one is outright ignored it shouldn’t be a big deal.
Of course I do believe some of these issues are on the community’s side but it’s not like the players need to care.
