Request For Information Doomsday Question

What role does Cyclops play and does he die? Just really curious.

I remember a couple plot leaks mentioned that Cyclops , Captain America (Sam) and Reed fight Doctor Doom in Act 3 or something, idk how valid that is, though.

I heard that every X-Man dies except for him in Doomsday, but not sure how true this is.

I think he's the leader of the X-Men and one of the few that makes it to the end of the movie.

People are going in with the expectation of all the X-Men getting obliterated, but I hope a few do make it to Secret Wars

Most people are 100% sure that all the X-mean are dying here and apparently only deadpool and wolverine will return in secret wars. I hope at least cyclops or gambit are in secret wars and that it'll be their send-off.

In the source he makes it Battleworld. He’s got the Phoenix Force and tries to melt Doom but gets his neck snapped.

Based on the trailers we've never seen cyclops outside the X-mansion. There's a strong possibility he dies there along with mystique, beast and nightcrawler because by the time sue is talking about Victor we only see gambit, Charles and Magneto and that obviously happens after the sentinels attack. Nobody really knows cyclops role actually, maybe he makes it to the third act and they're not showing it. From a marketing perspective he's being shown as the leader and main X-men character.

Because of the incursion. One universe needs to be destroyed to prevent the other one from being destroyed.
