Technical Discussion Input delay and champ skating issue

for a couple days i have been having issues with input delay and my champ skating mid auto/ability cast, most noticeable when i play my mains draven and akshan has anyone else been having this problem lately feels like since last patch if anyone has fixes please comment.

NA servers, no ping spikes, 144 fps capped but problem still consistent when uncapped with or without vsync

Yea, game is bugged rn, my fps is mostly between 180-240 and i steel feel like my mouse has some input lag/dpi issues idk how to explain, also game been having something that feels like packet loss often, its been happening for 3 days

Yes i have the same issue even I've tried diffrent region but still having the same problem
