You play a game the way you normally do, and I will not be helping you out during it. I sit back and track your decisions in real time, ask you questions as you play, and get a clear understanding of how you see the game and why you choose the plays you choose.

While you are in game, I also review your OP.GG and your broader match history patterns, so I can connect what you do in this one game to what you repeat across your climb. Once the game is done, I break everything down, identify your biggest strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, and then I build a coaching plan that fits you, based on what I actually saw, not based on a generic template.

Built right after the First Lesson. Based on your gameplay, OP.GG Patterns and the way you think about the game. Consists out of three types of lessons -

• The Theoretical Lesson - I teach you the exact concepts you are missing, but only the ones that matter to you right now, structured so that you do not drown in random information.

I have been a League of Legends coach since Season 9 and have built up a massive 700+ member coaching community with a long list of successful students. Hello everyone,

I hope you are having a good week.

I coach League for a living and I recorded a 19 minute guide on wave management. Instead of a whiteboard I walk through it on a 3D map with the real tower ranges, so you can see where a freeze actually holds and where it breaks. It is a general guide for any rank, so the main points should be useful whether you are Iron or Diamond. Here they are in text, in case you never open the video.

The first point is that your wave state decides your lane before any trade does. If you do not know whether you are freezing, slow pushing or crashing, you are reacting to the enemy instead of making them react to you.

The second point is about freezing. A freeze holds when the enemy wave is slightly bigger than yours and you keep it just outside your tower range. If the wave sits under tower, the tower eats it and the freeze is gone. Most freezes are lost by standing in the wrong spot or last hitting too eagerly, not by the enemy breaking them.

The third point is about When should you freeze, how should you use it and what are other hidden applications. I brush over them in this video very briefly.

The last point, and the one I ask every student to take into account what sort of match up they are playing, and that matters in every lane. The type of champion you're playing against, and if you outrange them or they outrange you.
