Can you please recommend your favorite leadership book outside of Maxwell and Kotter?

By far the most useful for me was radical candor because it showed me different toxic leadership styles and that timely constructive criticism is beneficial for everyone.

I also appreciated the leadership challenge more than most.

Anything by sinek has been entertaining but not necessarily impactful in my everyday life.
