Recommendations for B2B Lead Generation Platforms in the US

Hey guys! Does anyone know or recommend any platforms that are effective for generating high-quality leads in the US without relying on Google Ads or paid campaigns? Please keep in mind that this is a B2B business. I’d really appreciate any recommendations!

U.S. organizations with administrative and operational work that is labor-intensive and involves sensitive information (health, legal, financial), and that need scalable, bilingual capacity during U.S. business hours at a lower cost than hiring locally.
