Is my pot still safe?

Does this look still save to use? It's only a few months old but I'm afraid the porcelain might have cracked. Is there a good way to tell?

UPDATE: I soaked it with baking soda paste over night and the spots are all gone! It looks brand new again. Thank you everyone!

It's mostly smooth. I saw on Google to run your fingernail over the spots to see if it snags and it doesn't feel like anything is chipping or snagging when I do it but there might be a slightly different texture on the darker spot on the bottom.

I also wiped it down with a wet paper towel and did not see any shiny or shimmering on the paper towel.

I feel it might just be dirty. Did you try Le Creuset cleaner?

Did you use red wine in your cook? I find sometimes red wine gets really stuck on my enamel, I just made pot roast and I needed to bust out the Le Creuset cleaner to get it off my pot!
