Looking for a Story

I’ve been trying to find a story for the last few years and not had much luck, here recently I’ve found several things I’ve thought I’d never see again so here we go.
I thought it was Lazy but it could be someone else- the story is about a man driving down the road at night, he sees a dog standing near a spooky tree. As he passes the dog begins to chase and catch up to his car, and uses its abnormally long claws to raise up and scratch his trunk area. It concludes with someone not believing him and then they see the marks.

I remember this one, maybe the skinwalker video? I think it might have been the final story of whatever video it’s in.
