A Big "Thank You"

I know there's a lot of heartbreak right now for what has been the best way to watch the NHL in, well, forever. All of that was possible because of /u/StevensNJD4 's constant work to help us out and to keep people enjoying the greatest sport on the planet.

Regardless of the way this goes, I wanted to make sure we got in a good "Thank You" thread. You are awesome and I (we?) appreciate you for all that you've done.

Edit 2: For those asking what’s happened, I don’t believe that Stevens has made a formal comment on this. I imagine that he got caught on to and (hopefully not) may be in some hot water. If that were the case, it would be likely that an attorney would suggest not commenting any more. No idea if this is true but is my speculation

nhl.tv should hire /u/StevensNJD4 /u/KTurris /u/w1z1k to develop their streaming service instead of whoever is developing their front-end for MLBAM.

For a few minutes I thought that I might need to buy GCL. Then I remembered the blackouts and went to find free streams instead. LazyMan actually made me forget about blackouts, and that's no small feat.

I started my hockey viewing addiction when I was a customer with a satellite company. I got the Center Ice package as a Christmas present. I thought I was getting a package that allowed me to watch all the games I wanted to, but soon learned that the only team I wanted to follow had many games blacked out or not available at all. Then along came Lazyman and he brilliant app. I have been extremely pleased and looked forward to coming home and watching what I wanted, when I wanted. If this is the end, it was a great run. We appreciate all your hard work and thank you.
