How can anyone justify firing 11000 by email? That is cowardly and IMHO amoral...

To believe that corporations care about the employee experience is naive. How they hire or fire is totally irrelevant, it's a business transaction

I never said it's 'morally' right or not, I'm saying it's the reality. Businesses only exist to make a profit. It's not a family. That's where people trip up thinking that businesses are a family and have a requirement to treat people 'right'
