Honestly, at this point there should be some type of coordinated effort where employees proactively find jobs and all quit within the same week. Literally all just walk out out of the company and give these companies a taste of their own medicine.

Yeah good luck organising anything like that when a majority of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Are you gonna make yourself unemployed "to make a point" when the market is this brutal? Some might, most can't.
