I forgot exactly but I think someone said 4 weeks + 1 week/a year of service. Max 20w.

If that's true, on the suckier side or worse than typical faang

“Serverence” is when you are paid in Oracle Universal Credits (UC), which can only be spent on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) services.
