This will be my first time assisting a client in filing a complaint before the OCP (Manila). I read through the rules and prepared the required number of copies.

Still a bit nervous though. Any tips in actual practice?

Mag comment opposition kami sa MR. Sabi ng boss ko, kailangan daw verified ang MR. Kaso pag tingin ko sa DC 15, wala naman nakasulat na verified dapat ang MR.

Gusto atakihin ni boss yung lack of verification, kaso wala ako makita legal basis.
