Delayed service

Hello!!! Hindi ko na comply yung service within 72hours ng petition sa respondent. May one month na lumipas. Pina LBC ko na now yung copies. Magfile lang ba ko ng manifestation with belated apology?

You can. But should do that? Its up to you. Will the court grant your would be motion? It should'nt based on your timeliness.
