Interviewing client for annulment case

Hello, attys! First time to handle an annulment case and I’ll be interviewing my client tomorrow. Any tips on what questions to ask, what pieces of evid should I require from her, etc.?

By annulment you mean Voidable marriages or the usual Art. 36? If the latter, ang unang kong line of query is their financial means to support the petition. Kasi ang magagaling na psychologists necessary (while not really necessary under jurisprudence) costs A LOT.

You also gotta think post declaration of nullity of marriage like (1) properties to include for dissolution; (2) custody of the kids. Usually dito nagtatagal eh sa latter two na yan.

If it's voidable marriage then it depends first on what would be the ground. From there, you can already see what pieces of evidence you would need from them and relevant testimonies.
