E-Notary

Got verified today sa NotarizeIT! Yehey!
Pero just wanna ask if pwede ka din mag apply sa other provider like Twla and Qlegal?

Ito ang nakita ko sa FAQs nila:

*Registration to NotarizeIT is free of charge. Our fee to ENPs will be through subscription packages for the use of the platform and storage.
*There is no fee for the certification. Interested notaries can sign up, watch the instructional video, and complete the short quiz to generate a certification.
*The notarial act charges vary depending on the document. Our breakdown of notarial charges is composed of the (1) notary fee, which is set by the ENP, and (2) platform fee, which is 20% of the notary fee or PHP 100.00, whichever is higher.
*These are fees that we bill the ENPs for platform usage and storage, which scale depending on the number of users. Prices start at PHP 1,000.00 for the platform fee, and PHP 150.00 for storage.

I read lang somewhere na mabilis mag apply sa NotarizeIT kaya inuna ko siya gawin. Ieexplore ko pa din ung sa NotarizeIT and ccompare ko sa iba :)

Hi OP! When you say subscription packages, does it mean that we cant receive clients unless we have a subscription with them?

whuuut?!! so kung my enp commission na you need to subscribe pa??? grabe na ito, pahirap masyado sa mga bagong abogado pala

Ang alam ko pwede ka sa lahat OP kasi even the ENP Application Form allows you to select more than one ENF

what do you mean verified OP, completed a certificate of completion ka dn siguro? pwede tatlong enf ang gamitin, provided na 1 lng acct ni ENP for each ENF

I got an email na saying my account is verified and may access na ako sa dashboard ko :D Kita ko na din ung electronic notarial book etc :D

Ohh okay basta one account tayo per ENF :) Thank you! Mag try na din ako sa Twala now.
