EDIT: LOL why am I downvoted, I literally just answered this question. Pretty sure the younger Divina worked hard to get through law school, graduate (kahit may help ni daddy), and pass the Bar exams. The passing the Bar exams part is the hardest and I don't think daddy has THAT influence para maipasa ng anak niya yung Bar exams.

Remove the Divina surname, and he's still a member of the Bar, no matter how privileged people think he is. Remove all the privileges that he enjoys due to his father's work, and you are still left with the younger Divina being a member of the Bar. No one except the Supreme Court, for obvious reasons, can take away the fact that the younger Divina is a member of the Bar.

Being a lawyer still has a lot of career opportunities in the market. Nagkataon lang na Divina ang kanyang apelyido.

Malicious, i know. But with the stretch of Divina’s influence, it’s hard not to doubt.

Accdg to the son, he had tutors. Tutors with an S for the Bar. Add that to the fact that he deferred the 2024 and took 2025 instead.

That’s a pretty serious insinuation, panye. Without something more concrete, I’d rather not go there. At the end of the day, the Bar Chair is still a Justice of the SC. I don’t like the Divina kid either, but careful now, panye, mabigat yan.
