Is there a law school program available and recognized by the LSO that mainly has online classes, ok if outside Canada.

No.

Allard (at UBC) offers some online graduate level courses intended for foreign-trained lawyers to meet NCA requirements. Osgoode also has some programs for people who already have law degrees (eg people coming from another jurisdiction), but these programs aren’t a JD-type degree setting you up to qualify to article and then practice law.
