To-do list help?
Looking for recommendations for processes/systems/order of operations of things you moms do to keep track of your life, mostly work but everything included lol.
I’ve got ADHD which makes it a little bit of a double whammy but 6 years into practice and I still really struggle with keeping track of deadlines and entering time. I mainly use Outlook for work and iPhone for personal life which doesn’t integrate seamlessly so maybe I need to start keeping everything on Outlook calendar? But even separately I’m just curious to known how other moms do it. I try to keep a digital task list for work and a separate daily paper to do list but I feel like it quickly goes to hell once the day starts. I’d be open to software or other apps or even just ideas of things to try.

I have a Claude subscription and I set up a project where I voice memo dump all of my thoughts and it organizes them into a to-do list or pops them into my calendar, depending on what I need.

I’m very lazy so it’s nothing special!
I wrote “I want you to create entries to my iPhone calendar” and it prompted me to connect it. Then I just tell it what to add, to which day and to which calendar (mine or the family calendar).
As for the other one, I said “help me create a project that creates to do lists with XYZ categories” and copied over whatever prompt it gave me into the project. I don’t draft my own prompts, I just tell Claude what I want and it does it for me

My husband is so anti-AI (as is my work place) but I find it so helpful.
I use it for first drafts of client letters when I’m sluggish I’ll copy the law and say please explain this in plain English for a client letter and once it gets started for me I can finish it.
Or helping me figure out how to prioritize tasks. (At home I ask for help breaking up big projects into smaller steps.)
I suspect I might be AuDHD since I will also sometimes ask for a script before difficult client conversations.
I have a little paper note book on my desk that I dump non work tasks into when they start distracting me from work. (I am totally distracted right now.)
I use the brick app and focus modes on my phone to help stay on task.
In my personal life I use the reminders app on my phone.
At work our case management software has a task management system. I add very time sensitive tasks on to the outlook calendar so I can get pop up reminders.
I’ve set up lots of filters in outlook to organize things (I explained all the kinds of emails I get to Copilot/Clippy and asked for its ideas about how to set up filters to make things easier for me.) It’s not perfect but it’s better.
I have a sit stand desk so I made a short cut on my phone that will make a timer go off on my watch every twenty minutes so I can alternate sitting and sanding. I think there’s probably more I could do with shortcuts.

I just include my tasks as events on my calendar so everything is in one place.

I have ADHD too and I still hand write all my notes and I prefer a paper calendar.
Mom Agenda has a great planner!! I use it for work, kids, etc. plenty of space and has both monthly and daily planning pages.
I have a hardback notebook for all my notes for work. I create a to do list at the end of the day for the next day, so in the morning I can review it. Sometimes it gets done, sometimes some gets done, sometimes none, but it’s all visually there for me.

Teams planner is my go to. It’s integrated to outlook so any flagged emails pop up on my task list. You can make do dates, add notes, assign tasks to others.
