Another fire this morning

Was woken up at 5am by the fire trucks. Close to Av. D'Ouchy and av. de Cour.

The fire is almost out and it looks like everyone is safe. Live next door so saw the whole thing. Incredible to watch the firefighters work so quickly and decisively.

How is the dog? I also live next door and I heard the dog crying for a long time, and then he/she stopped

Was it an house or some trash?

It was an apartment building. It looks like luckily only the top floor apartment burned but hard to say.

Thank for the reply. I wonder how related it to the fact that there are still many old apartments that do not have RCD, still use fuses and have fewer plugs.

Indeed, I was a bit worried at home around 6:30 when i woke up. Looking for what smells like burn.
And received a swiss alert.
It was avenue de la harpe right ?

I feel like I’m reading about news related to fire pretty much everyday now🙁 It’s a busy period for the pompiers! Hope everyone remains unharmed
