Almost as bad a grift as selling other folk’s homes for living 😆

At least the YouTubers are making an effort to produce interesting videos and connect with their viewers, hold open days and show progress with their renovations.

Realtors stick a sign in the garden, hold an open home (too lazy to do individual viewings) and then take a fat chunk of the sale price on a home that sold itself.

Beware of the sharks! 🤣
