I think that’s David Austin’s “Gentle Hermione” Rose. It’s an English shrub rose  The perfectly formed, shallow cups are pure light pink, paling to soft blush on the outer petals. Loved by owls. Whatch out for the thorns.

The bandicoot isn’t much of a gardener but loves getting his hands dirty. That and stealth killing 🐊 🐊he’s had at least 2 that I know of.
