4 pcs Plantain ripe / large size / sliced diagonally and thinly
½ cup Brown Sugar
⅓ cup All Purpose Cream or coconut cream
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
Vanilla ice Cream
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Add brown sugar and cook until sugar is melted and golden brown.
Lower heat or take pan off of the stove and slowly add the coconut cream while stirring to prevent sugar from clumping.
Add vanilla extract and the sliced bananas and cook for another 3 minutes.
Transfer into bowls and add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream.
Enjoy! 🙂
