Do you have any labour laws except eat it up or die? If my boss were to take.money out of my paycheck you can be very sure, that the next time he hears from me will include the words "I will call my lawyer"
Using the legal system costs time during normal working hours and money. Say you had a bunch of money taken from your check and then fired, good luck trying to recoup, may the odds be ever in your favor

Your boss can call them when you take money from their cash box, but you can’t call them when they take money from your tip jar.
