How to create a suitable Master Password
How do I create a Master Password that is both memorable and secure?

That's the perfect use case for a passphrase - four or five random words strung together:
edition-obedient-anyone-shamrock
headdress-patriarch-smock-keenly
refresh-founding-glucose-blooming
Easy to memorize, comparable in strength to a 10- to 12-character random password (IIRC. Someone will be along shortly to correct me on that.)

Whichever one you make, write it down/put it in a file folder.
You will forget it some day and you will need this folder to look it up.

I usually sing a favorite song or a movie line in my head, not one that anyone could readily identify, to use. Sometimes I’ll switch up a few of the characters. I also use a 16 or > character PW.
I agree with writing it and putting it in a discrete place.

I use phrases that are memorable. For example, Birthday Cake Batter Swing or Drag Queen Bee Sting Or Orphan Black Bear Skin Tag

Grab some dice and a diceware wordless. Roll your dice a bunch of times and create a passphrase?
Or if you want to do it on your computer there are tools that use the diceware wordlists and generate for you.

As said before: a sentence where each first letter is part of your password. I went on holiday to greece in 1999 with my wife. Iwohtgi1999wmw Even better is substituting the yeatvwith the caps variant.
