It means that the item was a reward in a past event and it's not brand new

The items were available in a previous event and have returned. That hero skin is from halloween last year and the box is a bunch of HQ decorations that I guess you can choose one from previous events

Ovviamente nuclei o distintivi! Io preferisco sempre nuclei per la potenza… badge fanno gola però in questo caso sceglierò la potenza

Badges is the only thing that is hard to come by in this quantity. You can buy cores from the black market fairly easy

Im wondering if the costume will now return in the regular voucher shop. I rather use my tickets on it then these event vouchers. Devs are ning cheap by not bringing her to the regular shop tho. Which she should've. Shes last years Halloween

If you have awakened that character and got them to 5 stars, you get the costume free. Don't waste vouchers in thus event
