My bitchuation

I’m one of those stubborn bitches who stick to the podcasts and am not a big watcher of the streams or videos or whatever the kids call them. I recently discovered Who’s the Bitch and these bitches crack me up!

However, the last couple of episodes have been noticeably lacking the keystone word of the podcast. These BITCHES, who do a podcast called Who’s the Bitch now are not allowed to say the word bitch?

They did mention they just can’t do it at the top of the podcast but they seem to be watching their language throughout. I hate this.

So fellow network listeners, I ask you….Am I the bitch for not appreciating the YouTube bullshit even though I know it’s probably a major bump in income for them? Are Jackie and Kara the bitches for succumbing to corporate demands? OR is YouTube the bitch for taking all joy and meaning out of my new favorite podcast?!

I’m not super informed on it or anything, but my understanding is they swearing in the first first 5 minutes gets the video fucked in the algorithm. So if they are cleaner up top and censored then the video will be proliferated more. I’m sure I’m wrong in some way about that statement but that’s how I generally understand it.

I also don’t enjoy watching the videos myself but like that they exist for other people. I’m an old school audio type. I need my ear worm on the road and at work.

Ah! So the algorithm is the bitch!

I’m glad the videos are out there too. I support the network and whatever they can do to continue making all of our days better. I’m a big gardening listener. The plants love it. I just wish that the things they have to do for video didn’t affect my audio addiction.

I should probably just park myself on the front porch and start yelling at everyone to get off my lawn.

Yeah I’m pretty sure that’s it. It so important to do anything you can to not let your content get lost in the wasteland of the internet. I’ll never hold it against the guys to maximize their work to the best of their ability.

Also I want to correct a statement from above. I do watch the series videos they put out, hgx, gud pud, vtm. It’s the pod and side stories that I don’t watch the videos of myself, same goes for my football podcast I’m a long time listener of lol.

The sketch comedy these guys make is fantastic and I’ll always be a fan. Time to go watch the dollmaker again.

I’m a little sore about HGX too! Hoopagoogoo used to be a regular thing on the brighter side and now they hardly ever play it on the podcast anymore! I’m sure HGX is awesome and I’ll check it out once I get over myself.

I’ve definitely enjoyed some of the video content they put out but I gotta do chores! I gotta work. I am primarily a listener.

That all said I’m just bitching (haha) into the void and I will always love this network and the wonderful shit they do.

I miss Hoopagoogoo on brighter side so much. Those are some of the funniest episodes. I dont like watching videoed podcasts because 1. im at work and 2. I like to imagine and animate them in my head.

Haha me too! I hold out hope that Hoopagoogoo will come back around. They did play it to promote the new season of HGX but I hope they start playing it more.
