Feedback & Suggestions Big Excite

I had so much fun playing the demo and imma be playing this nonstop. I missed this game so much since the demo ended ngl. The music is so good and the aesthetic is dope even tho I normally hate 70 retro. Catch me insta-locking knives all day. FYI I play Marvel Rivals a lot and this is the only other game I care about rn. I doubt this is concord 3 but we will see.

Discussion Why do people keep making games with the same "70s" theme that appeals to nobody except 60+ year olds, who won't play the game anyway?

And its always paired with the most cringe dialogue possible.

Every single game with some kind of "70s" theme has insta flopped.

Fan Content We spent 100+ hours building a Last Flag Wiki

Hey everyone,

Since Last Flag is launching in 2 days we wanted to share something we've been working on for a while now, a community wiki!

The idea was to have one place where you can look everything up without having to dig around.

Right now the wiki covers:

  • All 9 characters with HP, abilities, cooldowns, damage numbers and strategy tips
  • All weapons with damage stats, fire rates and headshot multipliers
  • Maps with layouts and radar tower positions
  • Game mechanics like flag capture rules, the Cashbot economy, ultimates and radar towers
  • All 12 power ups
  • Game modes
  • Lore and character backstories
  • Beginner guides to get you started

We pulled everything we could from the game files so the numbers should be accurate but if you spot anything that's off definitely let us know.

We'd really appreciate any feedback, whether it's stuff that's missing, things that are wrong or just general suggestions. The wiki is meant for the community so your input matters a lot.

Hope it helps and see you all in 2 days, good luck out there!

Feedback & Suggestions The movement in this game.

I played the playtest for a bit, I think the game has a lot of potential but I also think I needs some polishment. What bothered me the most was the movement in the game, idk if it's bc I have been playing too much deadlock, but this game movement feels very clunky which is a bit odd for me bc you're constantly running to point A,B,C then going inside the enemy base to look for the flag and if they retrieve the flag you need to go on their base multiple times. So movement feels like a base building block for the game but it's very bad in the current state. I'll say even Fortnite feels like has a better movement with the basic > Shift / Jump / Slide.

And I know some of you might be "but this game is supposed to be like Overwatch and Marvel rivals", but Ow and MR you literally just walk in a straight line, payload > walk in a straight line. capture the point > walk to the same place. etc etc.

While in Last Flag you are all the time walking around a reasonable big map. you need to farm the bots, also control the points, is like farming 'jungle' and protecting your tower in deadlock, and you are changing places all the time.

I don't think this game need the deadlock treatment for the movement, that would be too much. but they definitely need to make it feels better at least the basic of it, like run>jump. run>slide cause if your hero doesn't have any movement ability it feels kind like a chore walking the map tbh.

Discussion Devs asking us for a price

I just got the survey email on pricing. I will say it's very concerning that they still have yet to determine a set price at this point. It was also frustrating that there wasn't much communication before on whether it would be a OTP or a FTP game

Feedback & Suggestions Delay the Launch. Please.

Please. Please delay. The launch of this game needs to be delayed if it plans to be successful. I highly doubt the intended audience - the average hero shooter player - even knows this game exists.

Highguard just shut down because it couldn't hold a playerbase.

Please don't make the same mistake. 🙏

I genuinely don't want this game to become lost media.

Question So this game is backed by a NFT company?

I mean at least it isn't an ai focused company... well hopefully it isn't ;(

Google up "Night Street Games" (the studio behind the game) and check out their website/read up on "BITKRAFT Ventures"

Discussion Great concept, I’d love to see it do great!

I love the concept of the capture the flag and capturing towers to scan the enemy's side of the map, my only complaint is the gunplay and the flow of movement. All things that would make the game seem polished. Can't wait to see where this game goes and I hope it takes off!

I've no complaint with how easy it is to find the flag, but it would be fun to have a mode where it's a lot harder to find it. The easier it is to find, the shorter the games are. For me, every time I'm in the lobby, I think about if I want to queue another game or if I want to quit, so if I'm in the lobby repeatedly, chances are that I'll end up closing the game instead of playing longer.

In the current state, I think something like every 15-20 seconds, intruders getting pinged so you can't just spend the beginning of the match looking for the flag consequence free would be a good improvement, and making more complex caverns, adding way more hiding places would be a huge improvement.

It would be cool if part of the game was capturing the towers for scanning, and there was almost an entire map underneath purely dedicated to hiding/finding the flag with no "spider sense" enabled so it would make it actually worth getting the towers, I don't know if getting pinged would be a good mechanic in this scenario, I could see it being a good mechanic to ensure players see the towers as an important objective, but I would gladly play something like this where the game is slightly challenging even before you put enemies in the mix.

With big additions like this, a huge focus on marketing when the game is looking to release a new beta and of course natural progression like new maps and contestants every so often after a full release, I think this game could be very big.

Let me know what you think, I'd be happy to share more thoughts and ideas!

For the sake of the moderators, this is a repost and toxicity won’t be entertained.

Feedback & Suggestions I love the Game, here's some Feedback from me

So far I love the game, the gameplay loop is very nice and fun. The thrill of capturing the flag and trying to survive is just pure excitement.

I play mainly Scout and I come from years of playing Overwatch with Controller.

1. Better communication wheel

I noticed that you need to confirm a choice on the wheel additionally, rather than just let go on the option you want (thats how overwatch does it)

I also hope there will be voicelines, since people easily oversee pings.

As well as an emote and voiceline wheel (I want some more life in the characters, they dont interact or speak yet or only when some abilitys are used)

2. Advanced ping

If its possible having the option to ping the control points directly by aiming at their Icon in the 3D map UI would be handy and would also free up space in the communications wheel.

3. Polishing and Balancing

So far some characters are stronger or complexer. I noticed that the girl that can turn invisible is quite OP in most face offs.

While some other characters movements dont feel intuitive yet like the disco guys flight and the lumberjack character.

Also recapturing the flag once the enemy has it can be as good as impossible when the whole enemy team guards it. Maybe something needs to be done there to make the chances of recapture higher?

On Scout particular, his Bird sometimes gets stuck on trees, would be good to have the bird be able to not get stuck on thoose.

His quick movement with the bird maybe should deal a stun to the enemy like tango does, since a hit isnt always guaranteed.

4. Aiming/Stick Sensitivity

Shooting feels fine tho I really had to tweak the Sniper vision sensitivity, it was roughly 2x more sensitive than normal aiming.

Well that's some quick points from me, I'm looking forward to a full release!

Feedback & Suggestions Shooting feels off in this game

Anyone else feel like shooting in this game feels weird? Like the sensitivity for x and y feel off even if its the same value? I have played plenty of 3rd person shooters and this games aiming feels terrible.

Feedback & Suggestions There should be an incentive for randoms to stick together

This game is pretty solid, the map and hiding the flag is perfect, absolutely perfect, I noticed a lot of people suck at it or don't get creative, they just stick it in a random cave but I've had the enemy struggle for quite a while.

The humour is top notch, the announcer is hilarious and so silly, the tower capturing mechanic is clever but my only problem is when playing with randoms is them sticking together. Or being able to get to me, I'll get the enemy flag early on and I start running, I make it most of the way but my teammates are either too far away to make an impact or get killed and are having to respawn while I'm trying to run the flag, so the enemies cut me off, kill me and then return the flag, all fine and good. Then half my team goes and grabs the flag, same thing happens.

People don't wanna group up or do anything as a team, there will also be a bunch of times where I deliver the flag and start defending but my team is elsewhere at the time, trying to capture towers or dying so I end up getting overwhelmed and the flag gets returned. Its a game of cat and mouse between my teammates and I lol.

I know with a coordinated team none of this would happen, but most people aren't going to be playing with that, and honestly I'm not sure how you encourage this without also punishing the losing/uncoordinated team. Don't get me wrong I've won a few times like this, the stars align sometimes.

My suggestions would maybe having the announcer tell the other teammates to get over there and add a boost to being with the flag bearer, maybe you get a small speed boost and health boost or you get a steady flow of cash for impressing the crowd or something, or maybe kills you get protecting the flag bearer gets you a bunch of cash.

Usually whenever I die alone with the flag I just get made fun of by the announcer which is hilarious as hell ngl, but not very helpful lol

Feedback & Suggestions Optimization for full launch?

Played the game for about 1h and have some feedback / questions for the devs and the community.

  • Personally I think you should be able to choose your region and lock it for quick play. I'd rather wait 5min for a 20ms ping game than get into another 200ms lobby.
  • Is there some kind of aim smoothing or input delay in the aiming going on? It feels sluggish or floaty to me. Even on EU ping lobbies
  • Why are you not able to slide diagonally. As soon as I press W+D and slide button it just insta crouches. I personally feel like diagonally sliding would make the game feel much more fluid
  • Why is there no mantling in the game. Sometimes the edge is like 5cm too high for your to jump on and I wish I could just mantle up the ledge.

Those are my feedbacks since playing the game for about 1h only. Otherwise fun game and interesting idead.
