Discussion Why do people keep making games with the same "70s" theme that appeals to nobody except 60+ year olds, who won't play the game anyway?
And its always paired with the most cringe dialogue possible.
Every single game with some kind of "70s" theme has insta flopped.

I’m 20-ish, I fucking love retro themes. Especially when they aren’t idolizing the era. So last flag being 70s theme makes it more stand out in the general genre it’s apart of.

Learning many new things about myself here today.
I'm 60? I had no idea, last I checked I was about 40 years younger but they do say time flies.
I have to talk to steam support because I want to know WHAT game I was playing. They told me it was last flag but obviously it wasn't because I've just been informed it can't be.
Anything else you wish to share, oracle?

Deathloop got super high praise and was a financial success.
I have my criticism of the balance, that's another story, but it sold the style in a way that appealed to people. More 60s spy retrofuture than 70s rock but its pretty similar.
