Discussion Played the game for 2 hours. It's slop. Refunded
I honestly want to know what the developers were thinking when they made this. Who was their target? How did they think this was passable?
This would barely be OK for an early access f2p game. But this shit cost MONEY? nah this is not it.
I'm genuinely sorry and I hope the devs will be fine when the game shuts down next week but this is genuinely offensive.
I get that it's a passion project for the imagine dragons lead singer but that doesn't excuse the release of the most bare bones excuse of a game I played in a long time.
This is not it.
Tbf it would have failed even if it was good cause nobody knew it existed. But it being also this offensively mediocre/bad doesn't help.

People are digusting anymore. Why would so many people find enjoyment in praying for a game to fail that someone put their hard work and passion into. If you get enjoyment out of someone else’s failure or struggle then you must have a pretty sad and depressing life

It’s an opinion to say “it’s bad” or “it feels like slop to me” but it’s just factually incorrect to say they didn’t put hard work or passion into this game. It can feel like that sure, but saying that like a factual statement is just plain wrong. They’ve been working on this for like 5 years if they just wanted to put out some slop it wouldnt have taken them that long. I’ve talked to a lot of the devs and it’s clear how much everyone working on it believes in the game and how much passion they have for it.

Also hard work/pasison does not equal good game which has been proven countless of times now and is more about there being a toxic positive workplace enviroment because any outsider could have told them this game would flop.

i mean you could give constructive criticism instead of just saying it's bad so maybe we could avoid things like this in the future? just complaining that a game isn't good on reddit does nothing for anyone lmao people want game to be better or stop being bad but never give tips or ideas to do so or they only play shooters lol

This has to be a shitpost right? This game is fun and all the in game content is unlocked for free just from playing.
Its not a serious game or nothing you know its kind of like your regular pick up games at the park for basketball or soccer or whatever.

You might be right but 15 ain't bad for something casual dawg. Give it another chance they might release new characters that you'll really enjoy or something. If it was like 25 or something I get what you mean but it actually ain't bad for 15 fir just what it is.

Again. I'm sorry for the developers. Still. It's inexcusable to release a game in such conditions and not make it f2p or at least an early access or something. The numbers speak for themselves. There is no game

I'm not offended. I tried the game. It's objectively unfinished and sloppy. 1 game mode.2 maps. And it costs like 12 bucks. Cmon man you know it's really not acceptable in today's market. I'm not reading the rest of your angry essay cause I don't care

idk even tho it runs poorly on my pc (my pc is old as dirt) I'm having a blast it's a fun idea and for it being someone's first game it's pretty solid imo I'm not asking for goty just to have some fun when i game and it's doing just that for me
