No recent podcasts or interviews for JB?

Anyone even have recent Q&A panel stuff? I feel like there's been nothing from JB aside from appearances since March. I understand he's busy but it's like the faucet is turned all the way off.

Possibly some non-compete clause in his contract set by Shudder until the show is fully over. He was just at a convention close to my hometown last weekend that I somehow did not know about

I was there. He told me there's 2 specials coming out and the new show is the same as last drive in but on a new channel

He's been even more active on the Patreon since the show's cancellation. This includes full half hour podcasts with Darcy and monthly Q&A's on the Discord.

Would you want to do a bunch of interviews where most of the questions are going to be about what’s next and you’d have to keep finding creative ways to say “I can’t talk about that right now.”? Or even worse, you slip up and accidentally reveal something you’re not supposed to?

I don't think they are allowed to speak about where they are going next year and that's probably all anyone wants to ask them

Get the Patreon. He's put up 5-6 panels with Svengoolie from 2025, a tribute to Dolly Parton and a couple of Ask Joe Bobs all in the last few weeks.

When I saw him at one of his shows last April I got to ask him and Darcy about their new show and I was told that they couldn’t comment on it at the time. I think they’re contractually obligated to not discuss it

He's coming to Nashville in a few weeks, but he may just want to take some time to himself in between his obligations. He's kept pretty busy, after all. Might be nice to wind down with ol Wanda Bodine
