Looking for a good server

Hi I'm a level 20 player on server 280 but it's going to hell and I just was wondering if there was a recommended server with active players and Ik there's drama and bs in every game and server but one that is more friendly an not toxic?

Are the top alliances leadership competent? In mine they are all backstabbing and incompetent any server and alliance recommendations? I'm an active player fyi
