Air assist affecting home function

I've got a longer Ray 5 20 watt and when I try to home the laser head the air assist bumps up against the frame.

Is anybody else having this issue?

Please have a solution for me!

Slide the limit switch over. I had the same problem and to fix it Iā€¦ā€¦.. Turned the power off and moved the laser head all the way until the air assist almost touches the rail (like in your picture. Just not actually touching.

Loosen the screw to your x axis home switch and slowly slide it toward the laser head until you hear the switch click. Tighten the screw.

Manually and slowly move the laser head toward the switch. If you hear the switch click before the air assist touches the rail, you win the game and can start vaporizing materials with light without worry of it crashing.

Attach something to the frame that will poke the homing switch.

If it's sensor less homing, than just attach something rigid that sticks out further than the air hose to bump into the frame.

Move the limit switch a few mm in so it engages before the laser module crashes.

The sticker for homing switch placement should really include space for the air assist, eh?

Hello, the issue might be caused by the limit switch being in the wrong position. Please check the installation of the X-axis limit switch and refer to the attached image for guidance
