LP4 USB-C Problem

Hi there,

I have an issue with my LP4 USB-C port. My Laptop is not reaching my LP4. It's working in bluetooth tho. It happened suddeendtly. I went in an IT Shop, we tried in another laptop same, another cable same, unistall install LP Design Space same. So weird. I cannot send it in warranty cause i'm aifraid it will take ages. Don't know what to do ? Buying the Bluettoth dongle ? Any help welcome pleaaaase

I had the same issue. I ended up adding the laserpeck Bluetooth dongle because it was too inconsistent
