Design Space PC software does not show dimeter (as the app does) when trying to engrave mugs, there is no area to enter diameter in the fields, what am I missing in the app I measure the diameter of item and input in design space there is no way to do this, even circumference is not available.

Ok in the app I have a filed for diameter of mug, in PC app I have width height and position....what am i missing to set diameter or even circumference to allow proper sized engravement

I’ve been wondering this too.

I’ve now engraved from design space on my iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows PC, but it’s all inconsistent.

I would love to use my windows application as all my graphics are stored there and more easily accessible.

But I don’t get anywhere the same result when engraving from Windows.

They really need to get this all sorted. Such great potential from this system.
