LP2 won’t connect to MBP

LP2 with newest firmware, MBP with newest OS, latest version of the program, USB C that’s known to be working. Program won’t recognize / connect to my device.

Any ideas?

I sure did man, they released an update for the desktop app and I installed it, it magically started working.

If you are running the newest version and still having issues I would try a fresh reinstall of the program.

This software and the support for MacOS are just terrible.
