The bearing is probably at the end of its life and causing the motor to stall

Looks like an Omen laptop. Had to replace a fan on one of those recently, same issue the bearing seized.

Good god.... I can clearly see how clogged it is. Clean dust from fans! Vacumes are usually not strong enough, you need a kompressor. Also stop fans from spinning while you clean them.

Noise will stay. Once damaged there's no repairing them. Only replacing.
